HYGIENE & SAFETY NOTICE FOR MAKEUP TOOLS: To protect customer health and uphold strict personal hygiene standards, all
makeup tools (including makeup brushes, sponges, eyelash curlers, electric cosmetic applicators, and facial tools) must be returned
unused, unopened, and sealed in their original protective packaging.
1. RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item
must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original sealed packaging.
2. NON-RETURNABLE & HYGIENE-EXEMPT ITEMS
Due to health, hygiene, and sanitary regulations, the following items cannot be returned once opened, unsealed, or used:
Opened or used makeup brushes, sponges, and cosmetic blenders.
Personal skincare appliances, facial rollers, and electric beauty tools that have come into direct contact with skin.
Customized, clearance, or final sale beauty items.
3. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact us at afbtjkl@coresingular.cyou with your order number and proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return authorization along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, contact us
immediately at afbtjkl@coresingular.cyou within 7 days of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and provide a free replacement or full
refund.
5. RETURN SHIPPING FEES
Customer Preference / Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Rmg Ml Sports Holdings will cover all return shipping costs or issue a prepaid return
shipping label.
6. REFUND PROCESS & TIMELINE
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on item condition:
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your statement.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a
separate purchase for the new item.
